Liberty Bay Credit Union has joined with MasterCard® and millions of merchants worldwide to give our members unsurpassed purchasing power and ATM access around the world.

Here are just a few of the many advantages you can enjoy with the Liberty Bay CU MasterMoney and ATM Card:
  • ATM transactions wherever and whenever you want at our ATMs, and at NYCE® and CIRRUS® network ATMs worldwide, as well as purchases at participating gas stations and supermarkets.
  • Purchases at restaurants, retail stores, and shops - even phone and mail orders - anywhere MasterCard is accepted. It's quick and convenient, and you avoid the hassles of getting a check approved, particularly if you are traveling out of state. There are no charges for these transactions.

Important!
Although the Liberty Bay CU MasterMoney and ATM card displays the familiar MasterCard® logo, IT IS NOT A CREDIT CARD. It is an enhanced ATM card that also can be used for retail purchases at merchants who accept MasterCard.

When you use your Liberty Bay CU MasterMoney and ATM Card for retail purchases, the amount of your purchase will be deducted automatically from your Liberty Bay Credit Union share draft account. The amount may be held up to 24 hours depending on merchant. Just be sure you take a receipt and record the dollar amount in your checkbook register.

Beware of Surcharges
Even though Liberty Bay CU does not charge its members for ATM transactions made anywhere in the world, many banks and other owners of ATMs impose a surcharge or convenience fee for using their machines. You have a right to terminate such transactions and avoid these charges.

Lost or Stolen MasterMoney and ATM Card
If you have lost or misplaced your MasterMoney and ATM card, or have had it stolen, you must call the MasterMoney Debit Card lost & found department at (800) 264-5578 to put a block on the card. They will tell you to contact us to re-issue you a new card, but we automatically do that when we receive the facsimile confirmation that your card was blocked. Your new card will arrive in five to ten business days with your new pin arriving just before you receive the card.
