Accessing your accounts using MoneyLine is easy - simply print out this page and use it as a guide.
You need a touch-tone phone to take advantage of MoneyLine.
1. Call (617) 439-6565; outside area code 617, call (800) 638-8529.
2. A computer voice will answer and ask for your member number.
Enter: (Member Number) and the pound sign (#).
3. The computer then asks for your access code.
Enter: (Access Code) and the pound sign (#).
4. Next, the computer asks for a service code.
Enter the service code you wish to use. Descriptions for services are indicated below:

Important Tips
- You must press the pound sign (#) on your phone at the end of each transaction to complete the transaction.
- After each financial type transaction, the computer voice will ask you to "press pound sign to continue." The pound sign acts as an enter key. By pressing the pound sign you are authorizing the computer to post the transaction.
- When entering a dollar amount, no decimal point is necessary. For example, when entering a request to transfer $100.00, just enter 10000.
- To end your call, press 99#.
Note: To perform transactions in single steps eliminating prompts, enter (Service Code)* (Data) #. For example, to request that a $50.00 check from your Share Account be mailed to you, enter: 31 * 5000 #.
