Direct Deposit/Payroll Deduction
This convenient service allows you to make the most of your routine financial transactions automatically. Through our affiliation with the New England Automated Clearing House (NEACH) system, we can receive payroll deductions and/or direct deposit of regularly occurring payments from any government or private sector agency that participates in NEACH. If you do not work for Verizon, please see your payroll department about direct deposit.
Automatic Loan Payments or Transfers Make regular transfers to another TWCU account or loan automatically. This may be the easiest way yet to save or pay off your loan. Once you make arrangements for the regular transfer - the date, amount, and accounts involved - the funds are moved automatically, every time.

MoneyLine - Our 24/7 Touch-Tone Teller
It's easier than ever to perform simple transactions. Now you can do it from your touch-tone telephone by dialing our national toll-free number and entering in the necessary information for transactions. MoneyLine is available 24 hours a day for check withdrawal requests, balance inquiries, transfers between accounts, and current deposit and loan rates. Home Banking Home Banking allows you to view all your accounts with the credit union, make transfers between accounts, and view, print, or store your check images through E-Check, all for FREE! From our Home Banking site, you can also sign up for Bill Pay and E-Statement, two more ways you can handle all your banking needs via the Internet.
Bill Pay
Pay your bills all from one site! With Bill Pay, you'll never have to worry about stamps, checks, or envelopes, and your payments are made safely through our secure site. Just use your MoneyLine PIN to access the application for Bill Pay. Once approved, you can start using this convenient service just 24 hours later! Bill Pay is now FREE for all members. E-Statement
Enhance your Home Banking experience by signing up for E-Statement, which will allow you to view your statement anytime, anywhere. To sign up for E-Statement, you must first log-in to your Home Banking account. After you log-in, simply click on E-Statement under Accounts on the menu bar and register! Your next statement will be produced electronically and will be ready to view at the beginning of the month online, taking the place of your paper statement.
Bank-by-Mail Bank-by-Mail is the convenient way to make transactions from home, work, or when traveling. We provide envelopes so you can easily make deposits or request check withdrawals from your accounts. We will mail you a receipt for every deposit you send to us.
Coin Sorting Service Drop by any of our three offices, use our coin sorting machine, and help a child in need. Each time you use our coin sorting machine, we will donate the 5% service fee to Children's Hospital as part of our ongoing participation in Credit Unions of Massachusetts Kids at Heart program. The member that brings in the most change each month will receive a free pair of movie passes! You may still bring in your rolled coin, but your account number must appear on each roll.
