Have you merged?
No. Your credit union has not merged, has not been bought out, has not changed staff, or even the phone number. We are still the same credit union you’ve come to trust.
How long will my debit and VISA® cards work?
Your debit and VISA cards will work fine up to the expiration date on the card. But look for exciting new cards to be issued from us this year.
How long can I use my old checks/deposit tickets?
You will be able to use your Telephone Workers’ Credit Union checks into the foreseeable future.
Has your payment address changed? Has your telephone number changed?
Our payment address has changed. Your payments and deposits can be mailed to 350 Granite Street, Suite 1102, Braintree, MA 02184-4999. Our phone number will remain the same.
Will your web address change?
Yes it will! We are in the process of creating a new site at www.libertybaycu.org. When it is functional, you will be redirected to that site automatically when you input www.twcu.org in your browser.
Do I have to notify my employer, my pension plan or Social Security to change direct deposit instructions?
No. You do not need to notify your employer or your pension plan that our name has changed. Your deposit should come through just like it has before—unless some other changes have been made on your part.
Has your routing number changed?
No. Our routing number is still the same.
